Zoe Flynn

Lead Artist

Westminster University B.A. Hons, Photography, Film and Video.

After graduating she worked in the television and advertising industry. Zoe worked on a variety of productions including Emmy Award winning children’s programme for Channel 4 ‘Beat That’, documentaries and cinema trailers. Before founding Salmagundi films she ran her own production company, Eyesaw Productions, specialising in social documentaries, multi media projects and training in filmmaking.

Bo Chapman

Bo has an eclectic background in Art, Music and Performance. Before co-founding Salmagundi Films in 2004 she worked as an Art Director and Stylist for stills, music videos, commercials and short films as well as being a singer-songwriter and performer. Frames of Mind is a consolidation of her experience and interests in using the power of images, objects, film, animation and digital media, to challenge stigma, communicate and explore our shared human experience.

Bel Knight

Script writer

Bel Knight is a writer/performer represented by Tavistock Wood. She made the Brit List 2020 and has five original television shows in development with Channel 4, Roughcut, Firebird Pictures, BBC Studios, Sid Gentle and NBC Universal. As a Trustee Bel supports creative vision, growth  and innovation. 

Maria Pasiecznik Parsons

Chief Executive of CDAN

Maria is the Chief Executive of Creative Dementia Arts Network (CDAN).
Maria is a Fellow of the Royal Society for the Arts and editorial consultant for Journal of Dementia Care. Maria is an invaluable asset to Frames Of Mind, an overseer of our creative programmes and strategist.

Charlotte Cook

Property Lawyer

In her day job, Charlotte is a property lawyer, representing housing and charity clients. She specialises in the development of affordable homes, care and supported housing.
She also works with various not-for-profit organisations, local authorities, and community bodies. Within her trustee role Charlotte oversees governance and compliance.

Aisha Hannibal

outdoor adventure therapist

Aisha Hannibal is a campaigner, programme manager, leadership coach, outdoor therapist and Mountain Leader. She has worked in community engagement , youth participation, and social Justice, leading national campaigns and grassroots projects that bring people together and amplify overlooked voices. As a trustee, she focuses on storytelling, participation, and collective care, helping create inclusive spaces for communities to share creativity, culture and experience.

Gillian Cole

operations manager

Gillian Cole is an operations manager for a building control organisation. She has many years experience managing large construction projects, overseeing financial targets, environmental and health and safety standards. Gillian provides essential business support.

Christine McDonald

community trustee

Christine McDonald worked for the Cabinet Office and  Metropolitan Police Force for over  30 years, culminating in the role of PA to the Commissioner. She is a valued participant of Frames of Mind projects since 2015 and a trained People Need People digital inclusion champion – ‘Digilante’.  She is a proactive community-focused resident and provides valuable peer support  and an interface with Frames of Mind beneficiaries. Christine leads on ethical and multi-faith engagement strategies.

Dionne Lynch

Dionne Lynch has lived and worked in North Woolwich in Newham’s Royal Docks, all her life and is an active and respected community member. Dionne and her family were key participants in the ‘Dockside Diaries’ project and she continues to provide invaluable local insight and connections.
